In times of Corona, I thought to myself, I would order online and that also from a shop in your city. Everyone can do Amazon ... Now 14 days have passed since my order and I have neither received the goods nor an email from Schuback. Three times of 10 minutes on hold on the phone, this doesn't give me a positive look at the company. If you (Schuback) want to hold your own against Amazon, the service has to be much better.

I am appalled by my purchase from Schuback. I think it's fundamentally important to support retailers in these times. That's why I didn't shop online, but went to schuback, even though the products are much cheaper online. I was looking for a good face cream. I was then presented one for 165 euros (!!!). When I asked for slightly cheaper products, I was shown creams for 140 euros. Meanwhile the saleswoman was annoyed. All I said was that I saw the same products online for 65 euros and I would like to buy something closer to the price range. So I looked for a cream from the same manufacturer for 45 euros that even smelled the same as the original product for 140 euros. I then asked what makes this enormous price difference. The answer was, "I don't know either. I can't tell you." If I don't even get the good advice in retail that I hope for and just have the feeling that I'm being ripped off, I'll think three times in the future whether I should not order online. I am really angry!

The three of us wanted to go to the store and were not allowed to do that because of the corona requirements, which was not the problem at first. The two of us who were allowed to look at both perfumes, which already cost over 100 €. After a few minutes we were asked whether one of the two of us could leave the shop, since a queue would already form in front of the shop. The customer who was already in front of us did not have to leave the shop when we wanted to go in, nor when the "queue" was formed. When we went out now, since we both no longer wanted to buy a perfume in this shop and didn't get the chance either, we saw a person standing in the avoiding line. I think it's a shame that as a young customer you are not taken seriously, although you are willing to buy a perfume that is a lot cheaper on the Internet.
