Great trainers, very individual support, pleasant training atmosphere. Whether thin or fat, athletic or not, agile or with health restrictions - it seems to me that everyone is accepted as they are among the members and the coaches. The training on the monitors is individual, entertaining and motivating. I can only report positive things :-)

Nice people, super nice employees! The training is tailored to each member: according to goals, health problems, problem areas! The training time can be incorporated into everyday work and the time is well invested! Meaningful training that is a lot of fun 😊

The concept is ok and also really fun. but very small and sometimes the focus is more on the kids than on the customers themselves. Courses could take place more often and the opening hours are very short.

Very friendly and helpful. They always pay attention to you and help quickly if you can't do something or know something. The advice is also very good from food to exercises for at home 5 stars and recommendable to every case :)
