New name ... old team !! Thomas Cook became Galeria Reisen and now “Der Deutsches Reisebüro”! The team has stayed the same and so the service is still great! The service was perfect and super friendly even in the "Thomas Cook times". But especially in difficult times (Thomas Cook bankruptcy, Galeria bankruptcy), the team was still there and helped wherever it could, even though the employees didn't know where they were going and whether they would keep their jobs! You won't find such a commitment again. I highly recommend this travel agency to everyone. I have already booked a few trips there and will continue to do so!
