I can only say that I am disappointed. Were there just for the "annual reception" and went there with the idea of booking our vacation (or at least having a short conversation and making an appointment later), but "our" consultant had no word for us except for a quick look left. So we made the decision to book in another travel agency.

We booked several times and were always very satisfied. It takes a lot of time and the wishes very well received. A drink is a matter of course to the conversation. A modern decor and a relaxed atmosphere contribute to the well-being. We will be back

The first impression was great, spontaneously getting an appointment to book a vacation, very nice conversation, the young lady wrote down all the wishes and special features and wanted to make an offer. We took extra time off for the meeting. Then came the disappointment, unprepared, the hotels were still available the day before and now unfortunately no longer vacant. With the request for understanding and our request info by email we went ... 3 days later still no reaction ... This is very unprofessional. Unfortunately we cannot make a recommendation.

It took a lot of time for us. Although we had no idea where our summer vacation will be, we were suggested a lot of destinations and requests, so we booked our dream vacation. We definitely recommend this travel agency and will book our future trips there.
