Booked there twice, Berlin and side. Both times top advice, and every time it was as promised.

I have booked a vacation to Mallorca and wanted to travel cheaply. the travel agency also found something that was good value for money. We were also told that the booked hotel was only partially renovated. You hardly get that anywhere else. Thanks Mr. Friday we still had a great vacation, we will be back

Unfortunately, we were completely wrong. After 2 hours we noticed that the trip was booked wrong, we had to pay 650 Euro cancellation fee, although Hr. Friday admitted that he made a mistake. We can only advise against the travel agency. Goodwill is a foreign word here.
