Are very disappointed. Tomorrow is our honeymoon. Wanted a nice 5 star hotel on Kos, but were booked into a 4 star hotel by Mrs. T. Incredible ... even though we named our desired hotel !!! Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am always very satisfied with the travel agency. It takes time and thought of all needs. I feel very well . I always book my vacation here.
We recommend! Very good and friendly service in all matters. Consultants take note of all requests. Great prices and service for problems on vacation! My first point of contact when it comes to "way"!
The worst travel agency I have ever booked. It started with the flight in which I paid extra 75 € per person for the XXL seats in planes. It was only a seat reservation and the seats were definitely not xxl and the legroom for someone with 1,9m (that's why the xxl seats) in a 12-hour flight hardly bearable.
It went on to the hotel, we had booked a room with a view of the sea, we were in the last house of the resort (next to the golf course) instead of a 2min walk to the beach was a daily Fahrz with the hotel's own train .....
The staff (including the travel guide) in the hotel were extremely friendly and have everything checked, the mistake was with the staff from the travel agency !!!!
For a holiday for just under 4000 € I expect that the staff knows what it sells!
Never again this travel agency, online looking for everything out is not only cheaper, but then you get what you want.
