I received good advice from a friendly employee when buying a pillow. Cashless and contactless payments were also possible. Corona hygiene concept was completely sufficient with disinfectant in the entrance area and the now mandatory mask requirement. Would shop there again.

If the ladies can sell something they are friendly. If you have a problem or question you will be treated in a tone where I ask myself where am I ?!
If I were to deal with a customer like that, I would have long since given notice.
You can also explain things calmly and in a reasonable tone. Especially in this day and age where every customer counts ....
