Ideally NO star ... if an employee justifies a processing time of 3 months with the words: "I came home from vacation today." And therefore does not take any action in this regard today.

Catastrophic store. And normal mortality taxes pay for that. It just hangs up, the employees have various breaks (breakfast, coffee, lunch ...) in which you do not answer the phone. During the corona period, sometimes announce that no calls will be accepted, only personal conversations will take place. The opening hours are outrageous for every employee ...
