Unfortunately, I cannot make a recommendation through the tax consultancy Huebner, Samagga & Kollegen. For an entrepreneur and self-employed person, I find this tax consultant firm to be extremely dangerous. It started with the fact that this tax consultant wanted to quit at the end of 2019 due to a lack of staff. However, this was neither announced orally nor properly planned, but sent to a wrong old address. Thus, the termination did not arrive and the company continued to operate normally. It was only when the next papers had to be handed in that it turned out that the business relationship had actually already been terminated. This is a clear communication deficit because, in my opinion, such things have to be discussed very clearly in order not to harm the entrepreneur. Which of course resulted from it. Due to Covid-19, the company got into trouble and the tax advisory society is still behaving absolutely unacceptably to this day. The year 2019 has still not been closed until September 2020, the bank has tied its support to the condition that the closed papers are submitted by the tax advisor office. Since this did not happen, the tax consultancy firm Hübner & Samagga made sure that a company no longer exists and thus the jobs associated with it are lost. And as if that weren't enough, the tax advisory firm is still unable to hand over the requested documents to the new tax advisor in September 2020. Since no reaction is required from the tax office, I saw no other way than to warn other entrepreneurs in this way.

I have been a customer of the tax consultancy for about four years and have been very satisfied ever since. They advise me very reliably and competently on tax matters. Even at my young age, I can always rely on the law firm.

Unfortunately I can only advise against this law firm. Especially during this crisis, this partner turned out to be an unprofessional and weak service provider at our side. The failure of this partnership will lead to the closure of the company, so that employees and myself will slip into unemployment. Tasks from 2019 have not been completed or have been completely forgotten even though these papers have been requested several times, it is almost the end of the year and the damage caused by this law firm is still not fully recorded and so far there is no end in sight. So I definitely can't make a recommendation here. I would even rather warn especially the entrepreneurs who are looking for professional and strong support. Since, unfortunately, no contact was sought with me to solve the problem, the public rating is more than justified.
