Omg!!!!

We rented a rental car for the vacation here. Unfortunately we found a defect in the vehicle. After returning the vehicle, there was only a very complicated procedure to prove that it was already defective on the vehicle. Since it was not an accident damage, but a technical vehicle defect, this procedure is difficult for a layperson to understand and very annoying.

Friendly and fast service. The car was clean and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately no cash possible, but that did not bother us.
