Unfortunately I have to confirm the previous comment here and have the same experience today. The fact that the toilets are closed puts you in such a mess that the operator really can't expect any understanding. If you ask at a gas station you are (and especially as a woman) in great need. To be turned away with the words I should thank the federal government and the regulatory office I find insolence. Especially now that I know that it is the operator's sole decision to close the toilet. At least a hint to another public toilet nearby that you can still visit would have helped. Thanks for nothing and a bladder infection!

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to use the toilet or wash your hands in Corona times. But you should be able to do that before you buy something to eat. The unfriendliness of the staff was also very unusual. Otherwise Aral is always a good address for business travelers, but unfortunately it wasn't here. Too bad.

Super unfriendly saleswoman! I've never seen anything like it in my entire life. She even told me to go to another gas station the next time because I left my car , because it was broken and otherwise I would not have been able to start it. Of course I explained that to her in a friendly manner. But she said she didn't care. I wanted to know her name because I wanted to complain about her, but she didn't want to give it to me. Really anti-social her way! I wonder how you can do something like cashing !! ?? Will not visit this gas station again under any circumstances !!
