80% friendly staff. In my opinion, opening times are a disaster for a gas station. Standing in front of closed doors at 9:15 p.m.? Even some rewe are open longer

Actually, I always enjoyed filling up here until today, but what I experienced there today just leaves me speechless. I suspect that I was served by the owner today, I don't have to accept this insolence as a customer, I won't go to this gas station anymore, if you treat your customers like that, you shouldn't have any customers, let alone run a shop like this allowed to.

So far I have always been at peace, the staff was always friendly, only I suspect it was the owner, should customer satisfaction go back to school. I will no longer enter this gas station, even if I have to push my car to the next gas station.

The petrol station, especially the car wash, (scratches in the paint) and interior cleaning station (vacuum cleaner) are in very bad years of wear and tear, dirty windshield wiper water and broken rubber flap for removing the water. The water in the watering can is old, probably unchanged rainwater, rusted pipes, and broken banners from the vacuum cleaner station were only replaced after 5 months. The shop is small but very well furnished, some sellers are friendly, others are less so.

Refueling without problems and cashing quickly, that's the main thing at a gas station, right?
