So I have to say, THAT was the best service I have ever been able to experience in a car dealership so far! And I've been to some. Mr. Sieland was very nice and very competent. Despite an hour's delay due to traffic, it made it possible for our car to be viewed and for us to complete the purchase for a used vehicle. I've never seen it like this before. Further communication also ran smoothly and was always up to date. The handover was also very competent, smooth and at the highest level. In general, the whole troop seems very trusting and well-coordinated. As a customer, I find that very positive and it's fun again. If only there would be more of the customer-oriented people. Thank you for everything and when the next car comes, maybe in your house again !!!
