Stay away from this dealer !!! In the ad, a car was offered a well-maintained and good condition and sold to me. After not even half a year, I had to Tüv. In this case, serious deficiencies have been found that, according to the mechanics and the appraiser, should never have been there, or that the dealer should have been aware of the deficiencies. A repair would cook about the same as the car. Despite the dealer's promise that he would remedy the deficiencies, he was suddenly no longer friendly and refuses to take responsibility in this matter, so the case will go to court.

This morning picked up a few parts, everything worked out great, nice employees. By the time I passed the obvious leader or boss, he looked straight at me very condescendingly and started to laugh and laugh when I passed him. He probably thought I was an employee in flip flops, just stupid that I was there as a manager of one of his customers! Very unprofessional ... I will think in the future 3x, if I still get parts if you turned on so stupid. However, they took care of my request directly & took it very seriously. I was personally contacted, apologized & explained that it was promptly the security officer whose behavior was also immediately complained of. I thought it was great to get a solution quickly & I hope that never happens again. Because even if I had been a coworker, one could have addressed me directly and personally and not to laugh with the others behind the back. That could then be considered as bullying.
