Visited on recommendation. Great service, completely satisfied! Actually only the spark plugs should be changed. Since the fault was not just with the spark plugs, time was taken to look up and fix the other faults without incurring additional costs. If something needs to be repaired on my car, my car will be presented to Autoservice Hirsz. Completely satisfied and can only be recommended. Until next time!

Repair orders not carried out credibly. Defective parts or non-defective parts, ultimately you don't know, will be invoiced. Not to be recommended! To the answer from Autoservice Hirsz: The fact is that nothing was broken on my car and nothing is broken so far, I had it checked and I see ... without any defects and also what was complained about is perfectly fine and definitely does not correspond to the truth. To claim an external company is involved and has repaired something that is broken does not exist at all !!!! My car was presented to you for the first time in a long time. First one shouldn't work and then suddenly the other. All very questionable .... But you can do that with a WOMAN !!! Briefly on the bill, if something new was installed ... where is the old one that I wanted to have or see? Or the box from the supposedly new replacement part that is on the invoice? I had it checked in the right place, I don't need to say more!
