I'm very satisfied! :-) I got an appointment super quickly. I was able to drop off my car there in the morning before the shop opened - very practical if you start work early. I was also able to pick up my car again very quickly. Even when problems arose shortly afterwards, I received direct help. I would recommend junited AUTOGLAS to everyone!

Am thrilled. I have never experienced such a service before. Called in the short term, because our windshield had a crack. No confirmation 10 minutes later and brought the car. Get a replacement car directly without asking. Everything explained understandable and informed us about the procedure and the costs. The same day I was able to pick up the vehicle again. Slice on it, cleaned wagon - I'm more than satisfied! Total recommendation and always happy there.

My experience with United Autoglas under the management of Mr. Braun: Due to the fact that I was tied to a workshop, I had to visit this workshop after I had glass damage on my C Class W202. At first I was skeptical because you often hear negative things from workshops that work with the insurance company. Mr. Braun has already answered all my questions by phone and made an appointment. I was also offered a rental car. The workshop makes a very clean and well-kept impression and Mr Braun made an extremely friendly and expert impression. My worries about possible damage to the dashboard and headliner from the cutting wire were taken away from me by showing how many cars of this type the team had already made. The car was ready at exactly the agreed time. A new and printed environmental badge was also clean and tidy. The car was not dirty and I could not find any assembly damage. I was assured in advance that I would be called in case of problems. In a nutshell: I'm 100% satisfied and that's not that easy to achieve for me. This company impresses with its competence, expertise and friendliness. The paperwork was also done quickly and easily with a detailed explanation. I give full stars and will have all my vehicles repaired there (if necessary) in the future.
