I cannot judge the technical competence because I only needed a new battery, but I can judge the human and that is more than sad. The master mechanic. sold the battery to me, and when I asked whether the new battery could be installed on site, he said no for insurance reasons. Okay, understandable. I then asked if they could give me start-up help if my car didn't start. That was also denied, he had no jump leads. I told him that I had it in the car and how else I could get from the farm. I told him that I didn't ask him as an employee, but simply from person to person. His answer was here again, nobody could help me. I find this behavior really very shabby! It has come this far in the world that you are not even given start-up help in front of an auto parts accessory. Hopefully he won't meet someone like him in an emergency.

The service is friendly and quick. I went there because of the supposedly good and fair prices. Unfortunately in vain because the prices are not necessarily cheap, just get some good prices. This is excused by the declaration "are all self-employed" I am also self-employed, without any compulsion ;-) But that didn't seem exactly true and serious to me. Otherwise a big shop, with a lot on site, as my oil, oil filter, air filter, brake pads were in stock.
