The prospectus said that certain products were on offer. So we checked and decided on a tea with an offer sign attached, otherwise we would not have bought it. We then had to pay the normal price at the checkout, whereupon we complained. They wanted to give us back the money that we had paid too much. However, the boss came again and said that there was no sign on it saying that the tea was on offer. We were three people! And we only looked at the teas that were on offer! And then to assume that we are looking the wrong way, even though all three only considered the types of tea that were also on offer. It wasn't about the euro for us, but about being portrayed as if we were lying. That’s not okay.
