Good morning everyone. My wife went shopping yesterday (02.12.2019) to buy a hair dye at Beauty & More in Crangerstraße 291 ..45891 Gelsenkirchen. So my wife came in and took her color, which she buys every time in this business. The saleswoman was so aggressive (nervous) that she started shouting at my wife that the color did not match her hair and that her hair was damaged. The saleswoman was so nervous that she nervously tapped her fingers on the catalog. And suddenly she told my wife that she did not know that she spoke German. And none of that was ... my wife went shopping after my son made the same purchases and she was fine. P.S. This is how customers lose their purchases I wish a nice day

For 3 days I try to make an appointment by phone. In vain! You answer the phone, say that you look in the calendar and leave me then 10 minutes on hold. Sure, I hang up then. On the 2nd day the same game. Today there was the information: call tomorrow. To my question WHY? There was the answer: The woman who does that is not there today. Does not seem very serious to me this store !!!!!!
