Sometimes very unfriendly staff. As a customer, you feel annoying. Also very long waiting time at the photo shop. If you ring the doorbell, you will be addressed even more badly.

There were times when everyone was really friendly. Today you have the feeling as a customer that you are bothering if you have a question. One or the other then pulls themselves up and tries hard. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the overall picture. Even other checkouts seldom say a friendly word or smile. Too bad.

And friendly staff, questions about a product are ignored and the employees feel annoyed.

Great shop as usual from DM, but now to my problem: unfortunately only had a 50 € note with me and was immediately annoyed that I could not have it smaller. I got the change back just as annoyed ...

New, modern shop. Well structured, wide aisles, good offer. Friendly staff and long opening times. For me only the only drawback that my cat food has been taken out of the program and I now always have to go to Rossmann for it. But those are luxury problems.
