Today, 30.9.19, at 18:00, I was in thistles in the DM market. Since I should bring for my wife another DM detergent. I searched the shelves and found the DM detergent drawer was empty. I turned to a middle-aged saleswoman, dark hair and an accent, asking for help! I told her the shelves were empty. Then I received only the very snotty answer, "the shelves will be filled up tomorrow morning and there is nothing there anyway". As customer-friendly, I understand something different. If the colleague is already in "after work" at 6:00 pm, she should go home and rest. Afterwards I was in Herten, Hermannstr., Great advice 👍👍👍nette operation. From now on I will do my shopping here.

Good branch in a prime location in downtown Herten. As usual, the shop is centrally located for pedestrians, cyclists and users of public transport. Top! It is sometimes turbulent, but dm has extremely considerate and friendly customers. Likewise capable employees. A real asset in the pedestrian zone.
