First of all, a very big THANK YOU !!! With some customers I would personally freak out extremely, especially in the corona time. Some people just forget that there is only one person behind security and salespeople, for whom the time is not easy and who also only does his job. So folks get on with each other and at least try to be friendly to the staff (if that's too much it helps to keep up)

Security and cashier should work on their tone. Older people sometimes need a little more time. I also have the feeling that they have lost the overview. Especially the security staff.

You don't let anyone in from 10 minutes before the shop closes. Opening times are also not correct due to Corona but nowhere information. Very rude staff
