Edit: after so many months of waiting for my couch on the delivery day, the couch was broken and the extra a paid for waterproofing was also not done! I waited 5 months and paid a lot for a terrible service in the end. Now almost 6 months after the purchase I'm literally trying to convince this company to do the right thing! The manager in th Dortmund Filial is super nice and helpful but the #kabs company in general terrible!!! I really liked this store the service was actually above average for the german service i have had here!! People were super nice, also were able to answer all of my questions, plus i was able to buy my item at the price of online sale at the store which was awesome! I am giving 4 stars because there are a lot of cool things they are doing right now like they will take my old couch from my home the day of the delivery and montage of the new one so also a super plus!!! the downside of it is actually it will take 12 weeks!! Yes 12 weeks for my couch to get here and that's a total bummer!! I will review it again once i receive the product and used a little to see if it was totally worth it or was a waste of money!!

No recommendation! Absolutely unreliable furniture store. Delivery times are stretched for months and people talk to you inhumanely. Even the word of the board cannot be relied on. Simply disappointing and in the end more expensive than initially thought.

Disastrous customer service. Especially when there are problems and you have to consult with Hamburg. It felt like Dortmund got a new shift supervisor for the third time, each of whom wanted to take care of the problem. Didn't work for all three. You have to run after yourself - every time (5-6 months after the phone call) to get a new mattress - you don't even have to start with compensation, because they get really unfriendly.

I didn't know the furniture store before. It's a shame because everything from the ambience to the advice was perfect. From a total of five large furniture stores that I visited in one day, I found the right sofa here. A big thank you for the very good advice goes out to Mr. Rolecki from Kabs. I can only recommend it!
