Quite a mess. Get very professional advice, order mattresses and pay for them directly. Delivery date was given as 2 - 3 weeks, unfortunately no delivery and no delivery date have been received to date.
I wrote to the complaints department, no response.
So I can only warn against this company.
Looking for neck support pillows (because of frequent neck pain), we were given very competent and friendly advice by 2 super friendly staff. We got exactly what we were looking for after a short time. Thank you for the great recommendation, the pain has disappeared, great! Absolutely recommendable, we would love to come back!

Super friendly advice. Ms. Duda took the time to solve our problem. We had previously tested the mattresses from the online trade and were not satisfied with them. You can really only advise to buy such things on site with appropriate advice! Everything was also logistically top, the mattresses were delivered to us 2 days later, including pillows and covers.
