This shop pretends to be a UPS shop, but in all these months I have never received any further help. Allegedly there are always some technical difficulties. Then today I looked for a dialogue, which is why, despite this long time, there has still been no change. The unfriendly and bald-headed man replied snuggly and quite loudly that I should complain. That's not how you deal with potential customers.
