Not recommendable ! especially 2 employees are unfriendly until the no longer works and CRIMINAL! I noticed with these two people that they immediately want to involve you in a conversation (in my case for a bank account at Postbank) and simply closed the cash register without spending my change.

Not always very customer friendly. The packet was 4 millimeters too wide and was therefore not accepted. When I asked if this was not a bit fussy I was quite Schroff said that it was just the same and he had no interest in discussing it with me. However, there are also very nice and helpful employees in the store. That's why the three stars of mine. EDIT: Now I had to learn again today what unfriendly and even cheeky employees are there. Even though I said that there are also friendly staff there, the brazen ones seem to be in the majority. Package was not accepted because it was too big. In fact, THREE millimeters. Then I went to the next post office and there it was accepted without problems. I pointed there to the three millimeters and I was told that this was not a problem. That's the way it works.

Surprisingly, the post was very well set up at Christmas time, so I only needed 5 minutes to drop off my parcel. A very friendly and cheerful Mr.Can gave me the best advice and last but not least I was also delighted with my favorite chocolate.

So far mostly bad experiences. In my opinion, very unfriendly staff. If I worked like that I would soon get rid of my job. Will not visit this branch anymore.

Extremely unfriendly staff. The employees do not seem to really want to do their job and that's what makes the customers feel. That's no deal !! Partly very overbearing and from above.
