Visited the Bretz store in Dortmund for the first time, was greeted warmly and openly by the employees at the first meters. Class and diverse selection from the current collections. Ideal to immerse yourself in the philosophy of the Bretz brand. We were specifically looking for an armchair, but we haven't decided yet. The employees made it easier for us to make the decision to buy thanks to their high level of expertise and their relaxed manner in dealing with customers, and we were able to take our armchair with us. We were also given uncomplicated help with loading. For this reason, we are happy to award 5 stars. We cannot share the aforementioned negative reviews, sometimes a nice friendly word leads to the goal.

We were welcomed very warmly, yes warmly in the shop from the first moment, the staff are courteous, explained the different models and design options, such as that depending on the model, you can order each backrest, seat, cushion with a different fabric or color , We were allowed to extensively test sit, of course drinks were offered and prepared. Our order went smoothly and the delivery was on time. The two employees who delivered our sofa built our sofa carefully and according to our wishes and placed it in the intended place in the living room. The Dortmund shop is highly recommended!
