It is frightening how long it takes to process the simplest of tax returns. It will be five months now, usually 6-8 weeks. But apparently I'm not the only one. Corona or not, at some point you have to be on it. But if you can work without "pressure", it can take a while. I'm just sorry for the people who urgently need the money.

Actually one would have to give -5 stars for the service of this tax office. Reason: Rude staff; one is represented like an underclass, how inferior .. You quickly get the feeling that you are something worse, or rather, you are talking to someone as if you were the hottest in town. In addition, you get what feels like hours to an answer to the question asked, Some questions are not really answered at all, or you are only forwarded several times because the cake or coffee at the table is probably more important than the customer. I also believe that many of the Office's employees are always overwhelmed with their work, Sometimes it even comes across as if you were sitting there at the table for the first time. To the point with taxes; In January 2020, in the first calendar week, I had my taxes calculated by a very well-known tax consultant / income tax relief association, it was all down to man, and was also transmitted to the tax office mentioned here in the first calendar week. Now it is June and no step has been taken. BUT when the city calls, the tax office is immediately visible in the mailbox on letters! So, I'm just giving a star here because you have to ... Actually -5 ☆

I was shocked. Called the tax office, it was accepted. After I said my name and it was necessary to explain my request, I heard an annoying "Oh" and then I was immediately hung up on ice. You can't be more disrespectful and unprofessional

I submitted my tax return for 2019 at the beginning of March. Unfortunately, I still haven't received any notification (now 18 weeks). I have often contacted by phone and can only say positive things about the courtesy on the phone. The staff were always friendly to me and it was also taken care of the reason why the notification is not there yet. The average rating is due to the long processing times, which are no longer normal. But what is normal in times of Corona ... ... ..
