Who answered the calls today at around 10 am? The lady on the phone didn't feel like helping me or answering my questions and just hung up! And then that sighing during the conversation. So if you don't feel like doing this job, then you should stay at home!

Unprofessional, lousy communication, dunning fees completely unstructured and non-transparent. Their IT is pathetic to ridiculous. My tax advisor is also always amazed at how so much inability can fit into a single building. This city, especially the administration, is a bastard. Carry on like this and those who still pay taxes will soon be gone. Shortage of skilled workers? I know why....
