Good service but rental cars they provide could be in much better condition..

2 hour delay in arrival to collect vehicle, they declined to provide vehicle. Aslo no refund. I booked for 4 days and lost money for 4 days. Maximum delay possible 1 hour from customer side. If you arrive after 1 hour no vehicle, no money. But office staff's are very friendly and helpful to explain this new rule. Lessons learnt - just call them if there is a delay. Because mobile calls possible only one direction customer to Buchbinder. Best practice - don't rent a car, just buy.

Not so frendly, i leave the car in another station before asking price, and then they charge me 3x price for this, last time using this rent. Always ask for damage report and receipt, before leaving the car!!!!!!

Fair price and nice staff. Never had any problems.

Unfortunately I didn't get the truck that I ordered, but everything else is fine
