I paid 2000 € 3 years ago, they never deigned to update me despite dozens of request emails, several tickets opened on the portal. Never received vouchers or refunds, situation stalled even after I officially revoked the order a year ago. Activate the legal, and I invite anyone to stay away from these subjects !!!

Non-existent customer service and somewhat sketchy back office. Car not received, petrol vouchers either and no reimbursement is mentioned. Adv that change continuously and no one to contact you for the necessary clarifications. Can you give less than one star?
