Always refuel at Aral, but I've never experienced anything like it. I politely asked about the toilets but they are closed due to Corona .ok. again I asked if there was the possibility to wash my hands briefly, which was again denied, the gentleman actually said I should take the water from the bucket which is used to clean the pump! then disinfected my hands but couldn't find any paper either! to make them dry. I don't think that's possible.

Well, that's how you lose your regular customers. Although I have a Shell practically in front of the door within walking distance, I always drove to Aral at night. In addition to refueling and tobacco, the Rewe to go offer is cheaper. The young man on the night shift is usually very friendly. During the day, I had different experiences with the staff. I can also imagine who is meant a few lines deeper in the reviews. There is a relatively tall, slim young man there who definitely needs to be trained in dealing with customers. But what prompts me to make this assessment is the fact that I went there for the second time in vain because the card payment didn't work at night. It has been going on for a few weeks. In which century are we actually living? Replacing a reader or whatever the cause should be resolved within a few days for such a company. Since Corona I've practically never had any cash with me, as most shops prefer contactless payment. I will certainly not make a third (unsuccessful) attempt. Shell is now happy. Not everything is gold there, but at least right in front of the door.

I can highly recommend this petrol station. Very nice and friendly staff. The sales room is always very clean. And if you have to go to the toilet as a woman, it is always very clean. Can other gas stations cut a slice from time to time?
