Hertz Autovermietung Essen

Terrible rental. The owner took the money in advance and did not give me the car, due to the fact that I do not have a German driver's license. Ruined the day off and left me 75 euros. I do not recommend

First and last time rent car in Hertz.

We are always served very friendly here. Short-term changes are possible without any problems. All employees are very nice and always in a good mood. The vehicles that we have rented so far have always been in top condition.

I booked the vehicle for my vacation, but I apparently booked the wrong size and so a small car was waiting for me, the friendly gentleman whose name I unfortunately no longer remember, but offered me an upgrade at a very reasonable price and thus got it i got a nice smax. So our vacation was just great. Thank you dear Hertz team
