I asked for a cost estimate / estimate by phone regarding a defective thermostat on a Mercedes GLK. Then I should send the vehicle registration by email, which I did. After receiving no answer after several days, I called again. There I was assured that it would be taken care of. However, this did not happen and I called again after a few days. Unfortunately, the boss was on another call at the time and the person who picked up assured me that they would forward my call. Unfortunately, I received no response again and wrote a reminder email as my last attempt. Then again I received no answer. I think this approach is far from professional customer service. It's actually a shame because I was only used to positive things from this company before. If the work would have been too time-consuming and I would have been canceled as a result, I would have understood that too. However, I find it absolutely not okay not to report despite repeated acceptance.
