I was able to hand in the car yesterday because I live nearby. Surprisingly, it was already ready this afternoon, that was nice. Also that it was vacuumed and the window antenna of my DAB + adapter was replaced.
What I didn't really like was the discussion about cash payments. Even with Corona, if a customer wants to pay in cash, you have to accept this and not take three more attempts to discuss it. Or clarify directly before signing the contract that this is not possible.
And otherwise as a note to the fitter, for vehicles with an automated manual transmission, please take the gear out to park or set it to N.
As several mentioned the friendliness here, it was okay but could be improved.

Said 5 times at the counter that I wanted an original screen. After rolling her eyes several times and discussing things, she said she would order an original part for me after all. End of story, a cheap accessory was almost silently installed if I hadn't asked for security. The colleague or fitter from the workshop also told me that the lady did not click the "check mark" in the system so that an original part would come.
At Peugeot, I also made sure that a corresponding disk is available !!
It seems that self-interests are more important than those of the customer.
Disastrous service and an unfriendly, annoyed woman at the counter / reception. As a result, communication is poor.
To be honest, I also got the feeling that the woman at the counter was more interested in other things than in my concerns.
You really cost me time and nerves for nothing.

Contrary to the Carglass website that you could and should remove scratches in the windshield, the scratches are not even looked at on site, but rather generally stated that nothing can be done. After all, you don't have to wait for it, you get the information immediately.
