The last shop! Already the 4th day I wait for the windshield. Multiple emails remained unanswered (and yes! I wrote several emails) Mr. Leier was also of no help to me, he told me twice about someone will get in touch. Puff cake! After umpteen phone calls, I asked Mr. Sipa to call a supervisor. He said no and fed me with "just write an email and cancel". I have not experienced such audacity in a long time! I demand a statement from a superior on this behavior from Mr. Sipa! Mr Sipa behaved incredibly uncooperatively and left me with a very conceited and indifferent impression) Service and customer orientation = 0 stars! For this purpose, this company apparently has no, but really no possibility, to ask the forwarding agent whether the windshield is already on the way or is still being stored somewhere. Why can I just call the forwarding agent and he can give me information? Incredible. Here you can see, for example, that it would not be impossible, but that you just don't feel like bothering about something so banal! PS: Cancellation is already out!
