Hidden costs or insolence? Every time I get a press release that I didn't expect, it is always about 2 euros more than the last time 4 weeks ago. Yesterday, I was actually charged 2 euros extra for shampoo as if washing hair with stains was an extra line. Man / woman is constantly forced to buy additional products. I will not go there anymore.

I'm finally happy with my hair again after everything at my hairdresser was just routine and went wrong
