I can not quite share the positive reviews here - they wanted to sell me the main thing a pieper-Kunden-card, I bought a gift (perfume) in which I was not 100% sure, so I reinsured with respect to exchange, would be absolutely ok, they told me, if it remained packed. it stayed that way, yet I had to justify myself, why I would like to exchange it and I was still instructed that I had not asked for the article, which was then desired by the recipient ... er, please? First, he had expressed it only after that, and secondly, I just do not need to justify a sealed package! I was then out of "goodwill" (oh how mercifully) exchanged the money in a voucher, great, right?
