Optimal location, tidy and tidy. The only complaint is the occasional unfriendly and unprofessional staff, especially a young man and an older lady with short hair. Training on how to be friendly and confident with customers should urgently take place! I consider the fact that everyone (including people with a stroller / rollator) needs a basket / shopping cart because it is used to determine the maximum number of people in the market is an organizational catastrophe. Other DMs count digitally, which seems more than sensible due to the high traffic. Customers who do not know are very rudely informed about this by the staff at the entrance. Even if it annoys the employees, I expect a certain amount of respect and professionalism. We're not in Altendorf here.

I have rarely seen such aggressive staff. I am also a little surprised because this is rather untypical for DM. The company or the manager should urgently train the Perspnal in terms of friendliness and communication. Friendliness always pays off, especially for the endangered stationary retail trade. In this case I wasn't concerned myself, but the fact that the cashier has to yell at everyone because they may not know that they have to take a shopping cart is really unnecessary. You can do it differently. And then this tone !! Words are simply lacking.

Typical DM. Well sorted and clearly divided. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, as always, there is a lack of parking space on Rüttenscheider Straße.
