First of all, I congratulate everyone on the New Year and I wish you good health. My third visit to the Consulate today in the last 4 months. Even though I was out of Term on my first visit, the Police Officers at the door helped me and informed me to find out exactly what documents I needed. My 2 visits were from Termin and the Duty Officer in the Citizenship Department did my procedures and gave the necessary documents. He showed him how to track on the Internet. Thank you very much for that. On my departure today, I did not know exactly which Room I was going to, and again, the Police Officers on Duty were very helpful, they took time and took care of it despite the busy schedule. I would like to thank them very much. The Protection at the Door is as important as the Police at the Door. I cannot understand bad comments about the transactions in the Consulate, however, if the required document or document is brought, the transaction can be done immediately. Best regards Harun

Thank you very much for the interest you showed even though we are in the pandemic period. You haven't got an appointment for weeks, I'm married and have to renew my passport, which is why I can't change my identity card. Nobody answers the phone anyway! No matter what you try! Unfortunately, one star is too many ..

Although my appointment was at 9:30, they made me wait until 13:00 for a process that only lasted 15 minutes, and the reason I waited for 4 hours was that my name was not mentioned in the list of the Officer working in room 9 in the citizenship department. It was the first time I met such an insincere and unwilling employee. Whoever you ask, they learned the word of a lady and nothing else, they do not want to get tired. They set up a front desk counseling department, and there is no one beside him, so if you want the offender's conscience, we wait. ...... I will write to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the words of our Esteemed President and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (national will) are in the air !!!!.
