The order came a little late but was hot and tasty. Unfortunately, towards the end, I noticed something hard in my noodles. It was a broken piece of plastic / glass. When I called the pizzeria, the error was simply ignored. There was no apology. This is not the fine way.

We ordered a pizza salami, a pizza bolognese and a burger today. The email said 30 minutes, but it came after 90 minutes and .... nice surprise, the pizza salami was okay, the pizza bolognese .... well, the sauce wasn't on the pizza but on the carton and the carton soaked in such a way that it was partly impossible to separate from the pizza base and partly had holes, the fries cold. I call and describe it and a colleague tells me that it can't be, please send me a photo, she says it can't be, after long discussions she says ... "what do you want from me" and a A few minutes later she asks to send in new food, but I ask how long will it take? Answer: if you keep talking to me like that tomorrow morning ... she passes the phone on ...
