A good restaurant, due to Covid now only as takeaway, delivery and on lieferando.de They shrank the Menu a little bit, but they have a nice selection of well executed dishes. And they negociate spiceyness with you :-) All in all a good one in Essen, but hard to find a parking place! Drive into the back neighbourhood and walk the last 100m.

Very friendly service but food was not as good as mentioned in previous posts. Thali is not served anymore because they do not open at lunchtime as we were informed.

We decided to have dinner before heading back to The Netherlands after shopping. I love Indian food and I cook it very well. It is always very difficult to find a place that can match my expectations. We had great food at Classic India. It was really good cooked and the service was very nice. The waiters were very friendly and we had a great time. The restaurant is a very cute cosy place. Definitely would visit again!

New meals added on a monthly basis, we were really happy with the variety here. My buddy was around so we came here for supper, great food And ambience. My sis and I were seated right away, lovely setting for a special lunch. Great value for money, the best new usual place for supper. The waiters here were genuinely professional and obviously like their work.
