Ordered using hero app. They never showed to my hotel. I called the place and they said they were on the way. Called the people from the app who said it was at my hotel. Maybe they threw it in the garbage? Maybe they ate It? In the end, I have to dispute the charge. Not very friendly service. I don't have these issues with any other delivery service in Essen.

Top! Fast delivery. One of the drivers was a bit rude and insisted on a tip. However, in several cases the food was very tasty and fresh.

Yesterday the delivery service was very unfriendly. Therefore we do not order here anymore. We were customers for years. But the way the guy spoke doesn't work at all.
