Very good and big parkhaus

A very clean and brightly lit parking garage. Good prices and lots of parking spaces available. The stairwell, which is quite dark in some other alternatives, is a noteworthy exception here. Bright colors, clean floor, windows and very bright lighting. The doors to the floors are also fitted with glass inserts so that you can see what is happening in front or behind. The location is extremely central for a visit to the city center. The top floor is under the open sky and, depending on the weather, allows a view into the distance.

Very centrally located and easy to reach. The started hour for 1.50 € I find a fair price. With the exception of the entrance and exit, it did not feel as close to maneuvering as many other parking garages.

Whoever has planned and executed the traffic management for this car park has to be relegated to the state. If the parking garage is filled (currently Christmas market in Essen) and many drivers want to leave this same time, but also want to clean new vehicles, this is due to the impossible leadership within almost impossible. It comes to a stop very quickly. Then nothing happens and nothing back. We recently needed almost 10 minutes to get down from the first parking level to the exit. Some drivers showed intelligence, others just stood in the middle of the lane. This was nothing then .... Never again..... Elevator was broken again. A cashier failed and no contact person on site. This created a long line at the box office.

Old and small parking garage. It gets tight with big cars. Good location.
