Every day I see “customers” who are looking for a way to get into the parking garage. Unfortunately, not enough argue against this approach. .... We are now in November 2020. The operator is at least as steadfast as the future ex-president - customer orientation? Nothing! Keep promise? Nothing! Instead, a clandestine price increase of 20%. SORRY, but with such a rip off I could really go on the barricades! Worn out Contipark parking garage, urine smell and drug consumption residues ...

The structural condition and the cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. At least it's reasonably priced and not too far off the beaten path.

Entry with the P-Card works without any problems. Judging by the markings on the floor, the parking spaces are actually always intended for two vehicles, but this is not feasible. There is always one vehicle on two parking spaces. The entire parking garage looks little. It needs to be renovated badly. The stairwell smells of urine and I noticed a sleeping homeless man there. Returning to the parking garage is quite complicated. As a P-Card user, there is no way to open the entrance door on the side, as the P-Card has neither a barcode nor an NFC chip. So the only option is to walk through the driveway, which is probably not intended, and to go back to the vehicle through the dirty stairwell. The exit with the P-Card then works again without any problems.

And again the price was increased by € 1 overnight. With the "great" P Card I now pay € 4.50 per day, nothing has been renovated, cleaned or improved. The stairwell regularly smells of urine / feces, and again and again homeless people unexpectedly sit in corners (sometimes there is syringe waste). Anyone who claims that the parking garage is "getting on in years" is walking through it with closed eyes and has not yet taken the elevator .... Every time I hope not to get stuck with this thing !! No money is put into the hand to fix the innumerable defects in the building, but increasing the price every year ... but what for? And then there is the joke with the side entrance, in which you can not enter with the P Card advertised in large numbers, but only with a season ticket or day ticket! There was also feedback over a year ago that it would be taken care of. So far nothing has happened at all, you have to walk through the driveway, as the walkway is also permanently closed with a roller shutter. Even if I can park relatively cheaply here, I still find it outrageous how obviously the operators don't care how dissatisfied their customers are with the product and service.

ATTENTION TO P CARD OWNERS, after 8:30 p.m. you can no longer get to the vehicle because the gates are closing! At the side entrance you can only get in with the usual day tickets and there is no supposed doorbell! So please be aware in advance that it will be a long evening! I'm going to look for a parking garage that meets today's standards, mess!
