If you don't want to read a lot: The Elsasser practice is absolutely recommendable! It couldn't be better! Who wants to know why: I have been a patient of Mr. Elsasser for years and have only had the very best experiences with himself as "my" therapist and his team. Everyone is friendly, the atmosphere in the beautiful practice rooms is pleasant and relaxed. Appointments are made absolutely problem-free with the super nice lady at reception. If I had to cancel an appointment at short notice for current reasons, it was never a problem; A new appointment was simply arranged for the canceled appointment. I found the practice a few days after the operation on my "pulverized" ankle. I phoned the yellow pages to find a physiotherapy practice that - despite reduced staff due to summer holidays - makes short-term house calls. Mr Elsasser was the only one of many who made this possible. My great fear of falling downstairs and upstairs without straining my right leg (I live in an apartment) he took away from me with a lot of empathy and empathy. Thanks to his enormous specialist knowledge and his competent treatment, which then continued for about half a year (and of course thanks to the super surgeons), I am just as fit as before and in no way restricted. Due to severe spinal problems, I then needed physiotherapy again. Various orthopedic surgeons did not recognize the problem. It took months for a neurosurgeon to make the correct diagnosis and for the operation. During this time, Mr. Elsasser was the only one who managed to give me some relief in between. After the operation, the therapy has been continued with short interruptions until today - 1 ½ years later. I feel very well taken care of in the Elsasser practice, both from the medical and the human side, and look forward to my appointments, where I can relax completely and where my needs are met in a professional manner - as I have never experienced in any previous physiotherapy practice . In difficult times, Mr. Elsasser also always managed to calm me down and take away my fears. And humor is never neglected either. Thank you!

I have had bad experiences here! For me, Mr. Elsasser is a very unsympathetic person and likes to throw patients out of the practice. Here appointments that never took place and were canceled by the practice are tried to settle with the health insurance company. Even finding an appointment was very questionable, according to the motto: the main thing is that we have appointments and earn money. Because I said from the start that these times were difficult for me and I was promised to call me and change these dates. But nothing happened. The gentlemen will let you appear for the appointment and then tell you that the appointment is canceled. So I haven't seen anything like that before. Child-friendliness is out of place here. The lady on the phone likes to take out her bad mood on the patient. But such a shop stands or falls with the receptionist. Without this lady and without the head of this practice it would probably be a pleasant practice as the staff seemed nice. Never give your 6 signatures in advance if you have not yet kept these appointments! Only sign appointments that have actually taken place, otherwise they can put you under pressure. This practice is not to be recommended professionally or personally. ADDENDUM: Dear Mr. Elsasser, on other portals you had the ratings deleted immediately, on Google it is of course a little more difficult, isn't it? So you threaten a lawyer directly if you don't get anywhere else. Do you also have something in writing that you have complied with your information obligation to cancel appointments 24 hours in advance? I do not think so. Have you signed a treatment contract that stipulates that patients have to pay for canceled appointments privately? I don't think so. Are you struggling to pay your staff, but have enough money for a lawyer? Perhaps one would rather consider how such evaluations can come about? Sometimes you get more done with a nice apology. Everything you write here is not true. Everything is twisted here, everything that was said to me is supposed to have been said by me. I have not canceled any appointments due to a doctor's visit by my son! This date had been set for a very long time, months before and I told this extremely unfriendly lady that there was an overlap here, only she wanted to leave it and call me again. What she didn't do !! If you can't manage your appointment scheduling here, you don't have to leave it out on the patient or think about changing staff. Funny that other people here also had problems with you in terms of making appointments and your professionalism. I'm not the only one. How can that be?
