The ladies are usually always friendly. Often buy breakfast there on the way to the office. Today the lady didn't have a nice word and when she went out she said something unfriendly. In doing so, I was lobbied about why I wanted to hand in a Hermes package, even though it was from DHL. If it comes back to you not my fault. Was also thrown in. When I told her that SHE was the one who is very rude and that her customer service left a lot to be desired, she banned me from the house! Then sat down in the door again and continued smoking her cigarette with relish.

I gave my mother a power of attorney to pick up the package, of course with her valid ID. At the counter she was turned away with the reason that she also had to show my ID.
