If the station works normally, of course, okay. Unfortunately, this is often not the case. Quite apart from the external condition. Often messed up to no longer goes so that you almost do not dare to touch anything. I do not actually use this station, but unfortunately there are redirected shipments from time to time.

Is just a DHL Packstation ... Is a bit out of the way therefore a pickup at night for women is not recommended

Used packing stations since the Post / DHL introduced them ... but this is the last thing. This is the only packing station that keeps telling me that my customer number does not exist and that it does not get me to my packages. Thankfully, this is just my "Dodge Station" if the alias is busy. The customer service is also not helpful. Once a package has been inserted, it can only be picked up by me ... which does not work .... or it goes back to sender after expiry of the storage period. Then it comes to the fact that everything runs only on a scanner and there is no other way of logging, as at other stations. Actually, 1 * is still too much for this scrap part

Again and again does not recognize barcodes and entered tracking codes, thus preventing shipments that have already been paid for. Does not indicate how large the available subjects are, "small, medium, large" can be interpreted. Therefore, to be on the safe side, everyone should first choose "large" so that when larger parcels are dispatched (according to the device, "shoe box approx."), There is usually no free compartment. I keep walking to the device only to be turned away by the above problems and to have to drag my mail back home. Sending too big things is not possible there either (guitar case for example -) - basically the machine is an installed farce that yells at you "just stand in line at the Postbank at the main station, it takes forever, but now it does almost nothing more about where you just walked here in the other direction first haha! " Dirty shop, dirty machine.
