Altought they show the closing time at 18:30 on google map , they close at 18:15 and they do not accept people . And people staying outside with their packages . They have a management problem and incorrect information. If you close at 18:15 than give closing time as 18:15 , !! NOT 18:30 !!

It is such a shame how long one has to queue each time, especially on Saturdays. Out of 8-9 counters, only 2 are regularly opened. Nothing is changing, like ever. Kein Mensch beschwert sich! I expected Germans to appreciate time a bit more than this!

The employees are unable to hand out a simple package. Most of the time I have to go to the post office 2-3 times to get a consignment after almost a week. Cheek of the store
