An offer is subject to a charge at Gierse! I was told on the phone at least 70 euros for an appointment and an offer. This is not serious for me. I had never heard of it before. I reject something like that. This company probably doesn't need any more orders.

My landlady hired Mr Gierse to repair a musty attic. Mr. Gierse was now there on three appointments, as it turned out that it was not a small repair, but rather the roof was a patchwork quilt and a first-class work! He informed me about every move, documented everything with photos and explained every work step to me (and my little two-year-old son). Here every move was perfect, pans were doubly "padded", the old chimney was newly "mortared", foils replaced, screwed instead of nailed ... You can tell that he is really technically fit. And on top of that I found him very nice personally. I am totally convinced!

Mr. Gierse helped me very easily and competently with the repair of my storm damage. The costs were even lower than initially estimated for the damage. The contact was straightforward and very personal.
